Salon & Spa Policy

Vibrant Salon & Spa Service Policies & Guidelines

The guidelines outlined below are in place to ensure our clients experience a relaxing and pleasurable visit to Vibrant Salon & Spa: 

Product Returns 

Any product may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase but must with accompanied by the original receipt, (select products are non-refundable). You will be given a substitute product of equal value, a gift card for the value of the returned product or, if requested, the refund will be returned using the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, debit card, cash). 

Bookings

Select services will require a deposit at the time of booking. Vibrant will contact you following your online reservation to complete the booking when a deposit is required. Please note that appointments with less than 48 hours notice for cancelling, rescheduling or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit. 

Redo/Refund Policy for Salon or Spa Services:

If you are not completely satisfied with a service you have received, please notify our guest service team before leaving or within 5 days of receiving the service. We would like the opportunity to address any necessary adjustments. 

Late Arrival

Please arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment, we cannot guarantee the availability of the service with a late arrival. We may have to reschedule your appointment or possibly abbreviate the intended services. 

Cancellations 

We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.

No-Show Policy

Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind or cannot keep your appointment. Any deposit on account will be forfeited due to a no-show.

Children

To ensure the safety of your children, our employees, and clients we ask that children who are in our facility are never left alone and must be supervised at all times by an accompanying adult. Vibrant Salon and Spa cannot be held liable for the supervision of children nor for potential injuries or damages. If necessary due to safety reasons, we may be required to reschedule the service to another date. 

Cell Phones 

Please put cell phones on vibrate or turn them off while visiting the salon and spa to ensure other clients are not disturbed while receiving services. In the event you have to use your cell phone, we ask that you stay mindful of other clients.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards and Cash. Payment for services must be made prior to leaving the facility. Please note that we do not accept cheques. 

Gratuities & Taxes

Our salon pricing does not include gratuities or taxes. At your discretion, gratuities are accepted.
