Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be considered a no-show (see policy below).
No-Show Policy
Please be courteous and cancel if you change your mind or cannot keep your appointment. There will be a 50% no-show fee charged on your next visit following the third no-show occurrence in order to compensate your service provider for lost revenue.
Children
To ensure the safety of your children, our employees and clients, we ask that if you must bring your children to your appointment that they please be well behaved. Children who are in the salon may never be left alone and must be supervised at all times by an accompanying adult. Our stylists and salon staff have no responsibility in terms of the welfare of your children’s safety. Vibrant Salon and Spa cannot be held liable for the supervision of children in the salon nor potential injuries or damages.
Cell Phones
Please put cell phones on vibrate or turn them off while visiting the salon and spa to ensure other clients are not disturbed while receiving services. In the event you have to use your cell phone, we ask that you stay mindful of other clients in the salon and spa.
Payment
Vibrant Salon and Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Gift Cards and Cash. Payment for services must be made prior to leaving the salon. Please note that we do not accept cheques.
Gratuities & Taxes
Our salon pricing does not include gratuities or taxes. At your discretion gratuities are accepted.
